what's a resto?
A true restoration is to completely go through the car and make everything as-new, by whatever means.
Strictly speaking the referenced '02 turbo is not that - there are several differences from stock including, by my quick look, gages on the dash, and not-period-correct shocks in the rear. Surely there are other "upgrades" and non-original stuff, maybe better than originally supplied, but that's not a fully correct resto.
That said, and as often repeated here, if it's your car, your money, it's yours to do with as you like. Some disagree.
Myself, I drive a car charitably described as "unrestored" by another member. But we rode around in it one afternoon quite comfortably. And it will take me home tonight.
