No garage is complete without "the American Poet"!
Peter, I’ve got a spot for Tina too (first photo). Guess my taste in rock stars is showing my age. I’m still very sad about Manzarek’s passing, I always caught him & Robby when they played the Northeast.
Bob the machine with the spring is an ultra-rare Pettingell power hammer for making compound curves in flat sheet metal. The white hammer has been for sale for several years now for 20K. At 66 I don’t really need 2 power hammers anymore and would like to pay off my hospital bills but I’m still gonna hate to see it go.
A few more sign photos and the only thing in the shop I consider art, my 33 Ford coupe project. I leaned the windshield posts back & softened the radius where they flow into the roof. I also leaned the B pillar area of the roof forward so now the window opening looks more like a chopped 36 three window. I hope my health holds out and I get to finish it but right now I’ve got to take care of my 91 year old mom and some other more important projects,
