What is this bell housing?

No pictures at this moment, maybe later. P/N is 12254929 with a B120 and GD-AISI 8Cu3 on it too. Ebay comes up with Getrag 5 speed bellhousing but doesn't specify the model. It has magnetic pickups so it's not from a mechanical speedo drive. Any ideas?
 
I would say it is from a M30 engine with Bosch Motronic 1.0 (with reference sensor mounts on the bell). Bosch Motronic 1.0 started on US models late 82 on the 5, 6, and 7 series.
The gearbox would be a Getrag 265 5 speed. Hope this is a start,

From what i found it's Motronic M30 - so it will fit any M30 without mods, just will have additional holes for sensors. The gearbox will not have mechanical speedo, but it have blinded mount, so upgrade with mechanical speedo will be possible (if you have donor).
