If it's not making a funny noise why worry :D
Seriously thought, having pulled down a couple of E9s I don't recognise it.
Perhaps it's like that scene in Ford vs Ferarri where Shelby throws some nuts in the Ferrari pit when nobody's looking?

I may not know a lot about E9’s but that is an Anti-skid block at the nose end of plastic car ramps.

Better than a dead mouse or a bearing shell.

Just in point.

I found dried rat behind a speaker on the driver side foot well in my E30.

I wish I could have find a picture of it I have had made that time! Lost no found.

It is good anyhow if the foundings are not related to the car. It could always be a non return valve from engine head or tiny seal from the oil pump.

Wish to All only such findings as Farzad had!
