Forgive the crap photography but is the vertical window seal supposed t dog leg like this where it exits bodywork? On pics of other coupes it seems to run out straight?
Same on both sides of the car.

Yes, the rear window lower trim line is correct.

The rear of the front window should fit the front of the rear window evenly, not angled like in your picture.

I think you are both right. The windows aren’t aligned correctly and the seal shouldn’t be peeling away at the bottom. I suspect that the window is so off that you missed the seal issue. :D

It looks to me that the back window is not adjusted correctly.
Try
. Adjusting so the front edge is further inboard at the bottom
. Adjusting so the whole window is lifted up at the back and while moved inward at the front
. Check that the rubber seal on the vertical edge is seated correctly AND trimmed to the right length and shape.
Remember you are only talking a millimeter or two and mark the adjustment brackets before you start with something fine and accurate.
