Where does this go?

Where does this bracket attach? The bracket holds a connector that goes to the steering column. Seems like the blue relay is supposed to clip into the hole in the bracket?

good question.
i have the same part and didnt use it
it seems like it should go inside the metal frame in the center behind the existing
holes already there , but it was awkward so i gave up and router my wires around the side
it was difficult to set those two in the slots for the instrument wires
there is a separate mount for the relay

That slot is an opening for the bolt head that goes from left to right in the pedal box.
