There are two of these, and I believe were removed from either the front or rear window frames. I’ve been unable to locate on any of the parts sites.
The closest I’ve come is part number two on slide 51/35, vehicle trim/windows. Not sure that they’re critical, but may affect some alignment of the frame and hence the window there in.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Front doors, and if correct, I think they have been cut on one side

Call me crazy(er) but I know both parts of which you all speak and 12 above is longer and rectangular and the door bumper part is somewhat triangular in shape. In all honesty, that looks like a part of my safety cable for my garage door, to set/adjust cable length.

I think the above illustrations are for an E9. Frederick's car is an E3.

Here is the E3 51/35 page that Frederick references on RealOem ...

I don't see anything that clearly matches. I haven't had the window mechanisms apart on my car so I'm no help.

Thanks for clarifying Dick, I was in the e3 forum? Thanks for the effort merdad, but it is an e3 and it is not the door bumper plate, although they may be the same on e9. Got all those and they are beefy and rectangular/oval?
These shims would go inside the door and shim the window frame.
