2000C/CS, no rubber strip or holes. I think that
Bumper looks much heavier though.

You could probably get away with just filling the holes and replating your bumper.

Yes OCCoupe i could do that but i don't want because it's a lot of work and i want keep all original parts of my car

Many have used that bumper to get the CSL look but in chrome, should bolt right up. Probably not easy to find though.
