Rebuilding my suspension has required more coordination than I thought it would. Little problems like the one below cost days and change my order of operations. Here's how my rear anti-sway bar kit arrived:

All told, though, my project has not come to a complete stop and most of the suppliers have been super helpful and polite. I guess I'm just musing about how complicated assembling a car can be!
 
You obviously got the wrong part from your supplier. The diagram clearly references a female spherical rod end- they sent you a male spherical rod end. Contact them, let them know and show them the pics if necessary. They should send replacements if they are reputable.

Indeed! I can see how it would be an easy mistake to make if your job is to fill little plastic bags with metal parts. These are close, but with one major difference...

I sent the supplier the drawing this morning and they said I'll have the correct parts tomorrow. Can't complain; their communication was prompt and effective, and there are always brake calipers to rebuild in the meantime.
