Window mechs

Had a quick search but cant find the info, what are we using to lube the window mech slides??

Moly grease any good?

I thoroughly cleaned the window sliders and the channels that they slide in with a tooth brush and solvent. Then I applied Mobil-1 synthetic grease. My windows never worked better. I think it had most to do with the long overdue cleaning and not really what grease I used...
