HELP!

I can not find a wiring diagram for the '74 CS electric sunroof or the radio connection anywhere. Does anyone have one they can post, or send to me as an e-mail attachment? I am most interested in the wire colors and any place that the connecting wires are connected under the dash. Relays also, but I doubt there are any. If you want to send via an e-mail attachment, please send me a PM and I'll provide the e-mail address.

These are the final two electrical gremlins I'm chasing. The radio turns on when the key is in position for accessories and turns off when turned to the ignition location. Sunroof should be active at least in ignition setting, but is not. All fuses are good, and new brass ones have been inserted to replace the AL ones that were installed. 'Corrosion X' has been applied to both sides of the 'fuse receivers'. This literally both removes any corrosion present and prevents future corrosion.

Many thanks for any help.

cannot address the sunroof question. But answer may still apply!

On the radio, it works in the accessory position but not the run position, and not running.

It may be as simple as it may need a signal/contact when motor is actually running.
Have you tried it with the car runnning?

That way there is no additional draw during the starter activation.

I did have this issue in my VW bus. Chased it down for tooo long before I accidentally found the answer.

worth a shot

Steve - radio turns off as soon as the key is turned to on/start. It does not return to function until the key is turned off and left in the 'accessory' position. So - don't think that is it, but thanks anyway.

Sunroof does not work in any key position between off and engine running.

Still looking!
