Wooden gear knob

Does anybody know where I can find (or where I should be looking) for a wooden gear knob for a CSL?

You'll probably find it easier to find and buy a new Alpina gearshift knob than finding an original E9 style knob. The oem wooden knob had a certain contour that most reproductions cannot duplicate somehow.
