Would you pay $4500 for this?

I think it is impossible to say based on these photos.

If it has a good interior--usable dash, center console (and the car is stick), door cards, window motors, manual regulators for the front (they have value), tail light lenses, sun visors, etc, etc, you get the idea. Even if it is a complete rust bucket and unrestorable, you could salvage 2500 out of it.

If it truly is as they say, I would pay 4500, but I would need 100 pix to confirm, or see the car in person.

Would also like to see his treasure trove of parts

US '74. Not sure I'm seeing $4500 in parts value.

I cant tell; are those real 14" Alpinas ?

Looks like an unmolested center console.

Wiper arms.

Brass overflow tank.

Cant tell if that's a NOS replacement front seat belt.

Maybe $1500 to $2500.

Anybody get a VIN for the registry ?

Those photos frighten me!
I can't see how this car could be a restoration project given the pictures.
Unless all the parts you can't see have been removed and boxed up somewhere and are in great shape I would not touch it

this is a parts car with minimal good stuff. not worth 4500 in my book. maybe half. the good news is that a lot of the stuff is taken off, so you know what's good when you look at it.

I’m almost sure I’ve seen this coupe for sale a year or two ago nestled in with some boats that were in winter storage. IMO outside storage has killed any hope of this coupe being restored and after 12 years ownership the current owner realizes it and is looking to cash out. Some highly motivated person may prove me wrong but I say it’s a parts car for sure, waiting for its final date with the shredder and I don’t see a lot of value in parts there. The owner is a great & optimistic writer, he could probably make Chernobyl sound good . ~ John Buchtenkirch

Never a good sign:
