WTB 1973 drivers side seat base

Looking for a drivers side seat base. It seems that my car has the drivers side seat base recline knob on the inside adjacent to the emergency brake handle. The passenger side is correct. The back of both seats is correct.
Go figure! Is the knob possibly reversible?

Is said recline knob up near the shoulder, in the seatback? Or down at the pivot point on the chrome bracketry - then actually a small black lever?
I think I have spare parts if yours is the latter.

On the pivot brackets. It's a knob not a never and I have all the parts. It's just the knob is on the wrong side of the seat base.

Oh, you dont need any parts then - strange but someone got it backwards when reassembled.
You just need to remove the seat, pop out two circlips, (one releases the knob/gear and the other releases the opposite side gear) slide out the knob/gear and opposite gear, flip them around and reinstall the circlips.
The knob has a gear behind it which winds the pivot bracket and connect to a Bowden cable that drives the opposite side gear / pivot bracket.
Here are relevant pics of the major parts - but I don't have spares of the knob and so are showing the opposite side.

Some other pics from my seat rebuild. Be aware to only remove the small circlip on each side. The larger second set of circlips (in last picture) secure the pivot bracket which you don't need to remove. You'll find this larger circlip immediately inside of the smaller circlip on the assembly - zoom in on the second and fourth pics.

Piece of cake. The removal and install of the circlips is the hardest part!
