WTB: 1x Driver door manual window regulator - ASAP/SOS!

Hello Gruppe,

In prepping for a road trip next weekend, my driver side manual window regulator broke.

The silly pot metal spring holder sheered from baseplate, the same way my passenger side reg did last year. Argh.....

Anyone got one to spare?!

Sure, the original pot metal spring post sheers out of the base plate. These replacements bolt into the original location where the original was 'swedged' in.

Will update when repaired, hopefully over weekend.

I have made those replacement parts, and the shape is not the same as the part you are showing:

it is a 3mm high step and 2,5 mm flat step, you will have to work that part a bit to be able to accomodate it


i offered those parts some time ago, noone replied...pity

I have made that part also for the right door. It is still working. I was able to find a new regulator for the left door many years ago and it is still working too.

Pelican part arrived yesterday (wow, fast!) and installed after a lil fiddling. Took much longer to reinstall reg back in the door. Only one configuration that will let reg install.

It was a very Zen, kung fu, jedi process....tried my patince well but then ultimately was victorious! Sheesh!

Think window rolls up n down even faster now
