I am looking for a 60x100mm chrome tip to keep in reserve, these are very hard to find, I'd prefer not to use the shorter Porsche one.

chrome piece

I think many of us would love one of these if there is a source. If anyone finds one please pass it on.

How should the original finiser look like?

Anyone can post a pic of the finisher that you are describing?
I'm close to a BMW wrecker, who still stocks some e9 parts.
If i have a visual reference, i could check out his stash of rusted up bits.

I recently also found there the "Unterleg keil" ( the wedge to put under a wheel when you change the tire) and the 19 mm hexagon wheelnut Heyco spanner; for just 15 Euros....

thanks.

hey guys

i havefound four NLA original exhaust chromed tail pipe parts

when you read this i will be crossing the pond back to europe, so i will be silent for a while
when i arrive home i will post a pic of the part to let you know aspect, quality and so on

not sure how this canbedone in an efficient way, if you guys that have expressed your interest can act as one, and only one address for the usa that gets all the parts and then distributes them to the different people ?

i do not really know how to do this in the most efficient and economic way...

please advise any good ideas will be appreciated

regards

I'm kind of surprised that so many coupes have the 60mm tailpipe and exhaust tip. My old coupe had the 60mm units, my present coupe has the smaller 55mm pipe and tip. As usual, the bigger pipe looks much better, especially seen directly from the back.

Pretty sure all the tips have been spoken for, but I'll get in line anyway.

here are the pics of the parts available:
