did '72 heads come FI specific or were they blocked off with a plate?

This has been a multi year search.....
Injected ‘72 engines didn’t make it to the states very often.
Whilst that ad looks and may indeed be good - let’s be clear that the ad states very clearly (in German)

“The product pictures are exemplary and may differ from the delivered item.”

Continue on- you need to ship your core back to Germany. And your core is different than the one in the pic.
