I think Walloth don't sell them, just Coupeking.
Or fab your own if you have a vice and a drill: it's one fold, three holes.
15 minutes, piece of thin cardboard, a hammer, steel plate (anything you feel is solid will work) and a drill.
Nothing beats creation - Well worth a beer if you manage it.
- Take a piece of cardboard. Roughly cut it to about the max shape that fits in the opening. Place it in and push the fold in by hand, so that it touches the bottom mounting boss. Mark the fold line on the cardboard.
- To mark the hole locations, use one of the following ways: measure them out (the engineer's way) or smear some toothpaste/oil/something sticky on the boss and screwhead and lightly press the carboard on top.
- cut/drill/stamp the 2 holes where the toothpaste marked the paper for the bottom screw+boss.
- When you have made the 2 holes, then you can position the cardboard down and over the locating boss. Now you can accurately mark the vertical hole: remove and drill/punch the hole. Trial fit the cardboard template.
- If you're happy, then copy the flat cardboard shape onto a steel plate, still keeping it as oversized as possible. Copy the foldline. grind/cut the metal plate.
- Fold, and drill the 2 holes.
- mount, and check if the marked vertical hole about lines up. If so, drill and reinstall for check.
if the holes are just a tad off, you can drill them oversize and use a (bigger) ring under the screwhead.
When satisfied general fit, trim the edges to whatever shape you desire, but remember: the more steel you leave around the fold and between both screw points, the stronger it is.
