Bavarias had the same motor and cover. That's where mine came from. But 16 euros if it is new or in really good shape seems a good price.

it seems that at least the holes for the bolts are in different possition, IMHO

The holes are in the wrong place, but otherwise it looks identical. Is it not possible to just drill new holes in the right place ? I think they are covered with a plate anyway.
