WTB - door lever rubber bits

Does anyone know where I can get the rubber bits that go under the door lever (the chrome bit you lift to open the door) that keep the rain from getting into the door? I need two each side, 4 in total.

...or go to any hardware store or frame shop and get the little rubber/vinyl bumper pads for the back of picture frames.
