Hi. I have the rubber Gasket and the cast metal base and set screw but do not have the two longer bolts to attach mirror to the base.
That's ok, I just need the base. My set screw hole in the base is stripped out. Would you mind pm'ing me a pic of the base?

IF you're looking to replace it because of a striped set screw, then you might as well just tap a larger diamter thread in there, and get a set screw one size bigger.
If my memory serves me well, the normal set screw is m5, so 5mm diameter. One size bigger would be 6mm, M6.

The problem is, someone has already drilled and tapped it (poorly), and there isn't enough space left now to go to the next larger size.
Pretty sure I have what you need, NOS. I'll get back a little later PM.
What I have is an NOS flag mirror, sans glass and gasket...but includes the rubber gasket and attachment bar, including the grub screw...still in the bag.. All are new. All were for a restoration on a 2002, but not needed, but (correct me if I mis-speak) are the same unit that e9's used...so same same. I will send a PM with pricing. Thanks for looking, hope this may work for you.

Thanks, I actually need the chrome base where the mirror stem connects.
I have a mirror with some pitting on the base.
