WTB: Driver's side fender grill in Black

Hi,

Looking for a drivers side fender grill in black (I'd hate to paint a chrome one). I know I can get a new one for $60 but I thought I'd go this route first. My car is not a show car so a good used example would do.

Best price I found on new was $108, can you please direct me to where they are available for $60? I would like to buy a pair of new ones if they are in fact available that cheap. Thank you in advance.

$49.25 after 20% discount but beware, a friend just bought two from BMW and they are FLAT black, not satin or gloss. Looks like BMW saved a few pennies but the customer gets screwed, what are they thinking?

My friend has a worn our set in "chrome" that might be sanded and painted with SEM black.

Just to be clear I'm talking about the small side grill mounted on the fender behind the front tire.

I've heard they can be spotty on back orders but the times I've ordered from them they came through. I bought alot of euro specific parts for my euro e21.

Yep, side fender grille. Max is not the cheapest and he has to order from BMW just like any dealer, he doesn't keep them in stock. Just FYI.

I just got the pair from my local BMW dealership and paid about $54 per side. Next-day pick up. HB Chris is right, they are not shiny, more like a semi-gloss.

Also, buy the grommets from ACE Hardware or similar HW store. They are $.17 a piece compared to about $2/piece from BMW (you need 4 per side).
