WTB: E3/E9 Tool Kit Case

I’d like to buy a tool kit case in acceptable/restorable condition, can be cracked etc. but ideally not missing large pieces.

Pretty sure you can still buy these new.

Not sure, E3 same as E9?

Also, what year? 74/75 I think are diff (slightly) than the earlier ones.

I have something at home, kinda busted up but maybe repairable and it has the foam piece intact. I'll try to dm some pictures tonight.

Koopman's son made the 4 "wings" of the clamshell in aluminum. I have a set and used JB weld and some storm gray SMS to rebuild mine, can hardly tell and now you can put tools in it and not fear the cracking of the wings.

And why buy new when I can make it a project and end up spending twice as much?
