I have one CSL quick ratio steering box in good condition for sale, complete with steering arm. Price is $995 plus shipping. E3 is the same bolt pattern and fit as the E9, just slower ratio. Only E3 i know of that was so equipped was the early 2500 sedans, very uncommon over here.

e3 vs CSL ratio
Do you know the ratio of the CSL box?
The e3 (I have a lead on one) is 16.4 : 1 and the stock power steering CS/CSi box is 15.7 : 1.

E3 manual steering: 5 turns
CSL: 4 turns
I think I came to this conclusion some time back. I have the E3 box in a CSi since Friday. Fantastic to drive with XWX 205/70 VR14. Much tougher on staggered Alpina 16" of course.
It´s not with me at the moment, so I cannot go down and check the number of turns.
