Those aren't the same wheels unfortunately.

Part # 36111113085

Prefer local to SFBay Area....

Thanks!

Hey I know those wheels, and that flickr account! ;)

FYI - There was a set for sale in the northeast about two weeks ago. I didn't post it here since people don't seem all that interested in them. I looked and it appears that the posting is down. I'm not sure if they sold. I can find turbines all day long, but not the E9 20 spokes.

I bought the ones pictured for $200 + $100 in shipping. I think the ones in the NE were around the same price.

Coupe King has a bunch, probably your best west coast option other than board members...

Markos,

Thanks for the heads up on Peter and Coupe King. I am heading down to LA next week so that's a real possibility.

It looks like I may have found a set locally however, which would be great!

Stay tuned...

I just happen to love the look of these for whatever reason, although their desirability does seem to be low.

I think they look great! I'm not sure why demand is low. They look nearly identical to Alpinas, albeit with less "dish". I'm not sure why they get confused with Turbines. It is pretty easy to spot the difference. The E9 wheels are much less clunky imo.

I'm looking forward to refinishing mine!

My estimate was off. I paid $60 for shipping. $100 up front plus a refund.
