I have a set of fog lights and if I like how they look, will want to use that piece for a cleaner install.
Just do not want to drill holes in a perfectly nice part.

I am not sure there are factory holes for fog lights as they were installed after delivery. I did the same thing though, sourced a clean center section and (carefully) drilled my existing for the lights.

I have wondered about auxiliary light mounting holes in the front bumper. Years ago, when I found the Cibies I wanted on Norwegian ebay, I was curious how I would drill carefully enough to install. Then upon closer inspection I found 2 perfectly situated holes, of the correct diameter, covered by a chrome plated plug. All I had to do was pop out the plugs, insert stem and tighten. Been secure ever since. I see the Blue book just says : "drill hole in centre section of bumper flush with hole in reinforcement". Anyone else already have holes in bumper? And if you did drill, how did that go?
