I have bought poor condition scrappy E3 indicators only for the rubber tubes. AFAIK originals were never available as the indicators were delivered with cables and rubber on it. But maybe I'm wrong.
They are from E3, but I suppose they should be the same or similar to E9 ...

The one that was on mine looks the same and matches the angle of the terminals. If all the pieces are there and the rubber isn't all dried out you can try super gluing it together. I did that on the internal shift boot that is NLA.I have a second grommet (in the same less than ideal state) with the same angle as pictured at the start. Unless they both were under a similar stress my guess is the angle is standard.
