Is some of You using this part from WN for at least few years to assure the rubber quality is fine?

I'm asking as even OE rubber parts in new BMWs became crunchy after some time if they had a regular contact with the gasoline (especially ethanol content in).

I used the WN part on my car. I only have about one year with it but have no signs of any issues. The part seemed to be pliable and of good quality when I installed it.
