Getting down to the nitty gritty here on what I need parts wise. Does anyone know a source or have a Hirschmann Antenna they want to part with that is Automatic? That would be somewhat period correct for a 1973. I have a 1973 e3 and don't think the automatics were available at that time (Please comment on this). When I say automatic, I am looking for the antenna that goes up when the radio is turned on, and automatically goes down when turned off. As my car is close to original it is never going to be concourse so I prefer an auto. I want one with a RED TIP however. Thank you for any help there.
Second is the Chrome piece at door entry where the seat adjust handle is (See attached picture of the state of the current ones). Not sure proper terminology but also assume no longer available). These are very brittle plastic chrome pieces. If somebody has an aftermarket piece that is metal I will gladly use those but must screw in and look exactly like factory piece. Thanks for any help with these, I obviously need two, left and right side please.
