Wtb hood (bonnet) torsion support

Removed the torsion bar mechanism of the hood/bonnet of my e9 today. Noticed that it has a few different failures in it , so I am looking for a new system; anyone have a NOS for sale?
If not then a system with broken welds is also ok.

(I hit myself over the head for not buying one around 2016 when they were still available for less then 100 euro's from the dealer...)

Erik, that is a part that many of us wish we had purchased ... i have a lot of spare parts, unfortunately this isn't one of them.

Just for fun, this is why I need to spend some time on this part:

- PO tried to care for it by welding the pipe, but it broke again.
- soft metal parts bend both sides
- bracket around the soft metal part was also chopped up with an angle grinder while (probably) the PO tried to clean the broken welds.
- one arm is also bend just next to the weld

So hoping someone has the part lying around.

If not then I will have to repair the tube, sleeve the inside of the soft metal parts, and fix 1 bracket and 1 arm. I see 10 to 20 hours of work....

Are You looking only for NOS Erik?

This might be important for Anyone who might have used piece and would be open to sell it.

Used parts can be ok for me as well, as I then have new side parts (arms, blocks and 2 brackets) as well. With a used part Iwill likely replace the tube anyway.
