I think @Koopman had some skins available a couple of months ago. The hardboard part is not hard to make. I think someone is reproducing them in a more durable material IIRC

I've got a few rough parts in the for sale section. The only perfect section of those 3 panels is the herringbone on the left front door, and the rear panel.

So, possibly you could transplant only the herringbone section? Would that solve (part) of your problemen?
