The original ones are available item 10 (2). Part Number 51181817084 (2 required) at about $10.50 each.
CoupeKing also has an alternative option.

2800CS originally used an H shaped holder with a single center mounted bolt to the tail panel. I just saw one recently, can’t remember where. The T shaped ones mount outboard of the plate, don’t know if they will reach the center hole though.

I’ll attach a picture. Looks like previous owner may have drilled holes or should I see two holes like these.

The Tee brackets do not reach the center hole as the top of the Tee's attach to the license plate. The Tee's in the pic I posted are backwards and mounts on the outer bolts.

CoupeKing has this bracket that mounts on the center bolt.

Yes, the CK one works, he used to only sell the T brackets.

Someone drilled your panel, get the CK bracket and use the center mounting hole.

This is what the Tee Brackets (painted silver) look like on the car. Either bracket will cover the holes.
