WTB new injectors for B34 engine

Paul,

the part number you are showing is for an earlier L-Jet system which was in the e12, early e23, and early e24. The correct injector for the b34 has a Bosch number 0 280 156 372 and a bmw number of 13 64 1 466 116. These are for US b34 cars. These are available online for about $45.00 USD. Is your injection a US version or euro?

Sonic cleaning by a professional is out of the question? E24 guys incl myself have used WitchHunter and happy with them.

There might be a perception (at least here in the States) that the b34 engine is a 92 x 86 engine.
The m90 engine then would be a different engine altogether.
The reality is that for those folks in other continents, BMW made and referred to the ECE m30b34 engine - (93.4 x 84)

I offered Aussie csi a set- to be rebuilt last week. Havent heard from him

My injectors were reconditioned upon engine rebuild but injector No 5 is weeping near the blue plastic coating on body......so figured on getting a new set as this may happen again down the line. Will have to check with mechanic if head is stamped M90 as per your pic. Is there any difference in the injectors otherwise??

You want a euro m30b34 ljet injector
it uses an ev-1 connector
it is a +- 22 # injector
it is low impedance

Hi Don, I actually sent you a PM on 18th August asking if I still needed cores and what flow rate he uses. ...never mind, I appreciate you're a busy man and didn't want to bother you further. Anyway, I subsequently heard back from Standard Motor Parts and the specification for their FJ118 injector is virtually identical to the OEM Bosch. I bought a set through Rock Auto and will fit them in next few days ....hopefully they do the job ( at about 1/3rd of the price of the Bosch )
