Did the jack style or shape changed for 71 VS 74?
The 2800CS had the earliest jack with a very short handle unlike these. Here is my jack from the 73 and I have no reason to believe it was swapped out but as Keshav points out, it has the U shaped lifting point. However, I do not have that extra small handle (wonder what that is for?) and my handle has a longer plastic roller. The orange parts books for both e3 and e9 show the one the left however. The one shown on the right is for a 2002.

By small handle I was referring to one that is only 2 or 3”. Our 2800 jack has no handle, you use the lug wrench to turn it.
