-Lug Bolt Wrench
-Bracket for spare tire
-Defroster switch for middle console

I might have the switch (knowing the exact type; 3PIN?) spare tire bracket and probably lug wrench if there will be none in US (which I presume You prefer).

For the lug wrench you can buy new from BMW: 71 12 1 095 831 as 19mm nuts are in the:
