WTB outside mirror cage nuts (2)

Here's the pic of the nut that holds the outside mirror in place.


If anyone has one and can send me the dimensions of the holes in the door,I might find them locally for a lot less than eBay in Greece.----Thanks!!

Base is 8mm when you add the caputured nut tabs it’s 12mm.

@TomHom--My mirrors were installed by previous owners. The restoration shop removed everything when the car was painted. They used some kind of rubber-coated cage nuts with sheet metal screws inserted into the base on the driver's side. The mirror is secure on the gasket, but the base is not solid due to the wrong cage nuts. I want to make it correct. About 45 years ago, I removed those cage nuts on my 1972 2002 and installed the Talbot 333 mirrors on the fenders like the 2000CS. Here's a pic of the Talbot mirrors. I bought the 2002 52 years ago 5/31/72. It's in my garage. Please let me know if Stefan can get the correct cage nuts. Thanks!
