WTB: Plastic duct from heater blower to front dash vent

W&N catalogue part number 64/02/08, which they do not stock. I'm in London, but also have a US address.
 
could you describe it in more detail? Does it look like an attachment to a vacuum cleaner one puts on the hose? Is there one for each side and do they look the same or are they right and left? If so, I may have one or both.

There is only one on a coupe. It is hard plastic and rectangular in section with a bend, and carries air from the heater/air box directly to the front vent just below the air controls and above the radio (if you have one).

Its not the vacuum cleaner type of tube.
