I did get an answer from vintage blau. He doesn't have any available but said it is a radio made for ford's.

Well then, perhaps head on over to JC Whitney. Well back in the day, they had an absolutely amazing variety of anything you could wish for, to attach to your car. A fan favourite was the knob that could be attached to the steering wheel to aid in steering as driver was backing up.
