Long shot but does anyone have the sheet metal section of the rear package shelf. I can have one made but I thought I would check.

Top of number 2 pictured.

Hi,
I have one, I can send better pictures this weekend. It does have speaker holes in it.

Would prefer one without speaker holes but I have a feeling beggars cannot be choosers here.

Thanks.

Suspect it will be tough to find a shelf that didn't get cut up in the 1970s. Prior owner of my car had 10" speaker holes cut.

I have this one and solicit you folks' expert help on pricing.

Oh. that is a severe shame. It look like such a nice part.

@buddha - when you come up with a price I would be very interested in that non speaker hole part. Let me know.

Fyi, the repro part on the Dutch website was 360 euro's.

Not sure how, but it may help @buddha to set a price.

The Repro parts is ofcourse fully intact, but not exactly as the original.
Then again Buddha's part is original, but it will likely need some work to clean it up.

Hm, tried looking for it, but found only "out of stock", but it's this part:
View attachment 203850

It's reproduced by Manufactura Sklep , but their website seems down:

@Lucas , @Krzysztof ; if I'm remembering it well you are somewhat local to them: any idea if they are still in business?

Dutch website that distributed them seems out of stock.

I can tell that Tlocznia Blach is not working. They have been making that part. Not sure who else was as Tlocznia was the mail supply for many.

....just popped up, I asked him to put it aside for me, no answer yet.
Gerade bei #Kleinanzeigen gefunden. Wie findest du das?

@tdgray : PM me if you are interested

There is a small difference between this reproduction and the original. The original is a little bit curved. You can see that on the height on the center is more than on the edges. The reproduction is flat.
But it’s better than nothing!
PS that part from Buddha looks very nice!

I see that difference. I don’t think it will be a huge issue.

Buddha is tied up and may be for a while.

I recreated the cover for my real parcel shelf because the one that came in my car had a pair of 10" holes in it. It would be very easy to provide some additional support under the parcel shelf cover and the newer flatter reproduction.

FYI - this is an area of our cars where additional sound insulation makes a difference. I covered the entire shelf, and the area supporting the rear seats.
