WTB Rt Door Brake

Right side door brake. Sort of available from the dealer P/N 51210301600 but I'm pretty sure these don't fit correctly (superceeded number). Yours for only $160! NO THANKS.

So if you've got an old one laying around, I'll take it off your hands

You can use door brakes for a W123 Mercedes with slight modifications. They're $30-40 a pair. There are several threads here about that.

Yes, thanks. I did a Google search and found what I needed.

I used W124 300 brakes and they fit well apart from the larger diameter pin. Simple fix though. I got them from AutohausAZ for less than $20 each.

The part that breaks is either the curved spring or the pot metal casting it is riveted to. I think I have a few of them laying around.
