Hi all - having trouble sourcing a trunk seal. Mine is unsalvageable, and I can't currently find a new one. I have a call in to Carl Nelson, but thought I would check to see if anyone has a gently used one lying around. Thanks!

Let me know what you find from Nelson. I'm looking for a BMW OEM seal also. Thanks.

A friend of mine made a trunk seal using a seal from another BMW (I believe his was from an e32). He used the new seal for the upper and side parts, which creates a continuous water seal where most of the water flows off the rear window. He then then cut a portion of his old seal for the bottom so that the trunk would seat properly. He joined the bottom piece to the two side pieces with a gasket maker/sealer.
