WTB STARTER SOLENOID

Hey Alan, I am wondering if you plan to do the solenoid swap "in situ" or on the bench. I intend to do this operation when the weather is truly not for driving, and I am thinking if I cannot get this solenoid off of the car with starter in place, well then, carbs come off, coolant spills and I am in for more upgrading while I am in there! To do this solenoid exchange, very small ratchets/wrenches are required, as well as some good luck, what have you planned? Mike

it should be easy enuf to take out the starter without all the other.
no way to take anything else off. you can reach the starter bolts
even from the bottom.
then just change the solenoid two simple screws.
the screws are from the back
you really just want to pull the starter and debuild it while its out
very simple to do its even in the manual

Hi Alan - replied to your message; let me know how fast you need it so I can calculate cost and I can get it out today.
