WTB: Tundra, Agave.. any color as long as it's Green CS

Call jack in LA - he's got a green one for sale I think

If you're talking Jack Fahuna at Pro Bimmer in Van Nuys he's a good guy. Sometimes he's a little more frank about things than people like, but I appreciate the honesty. He knows his way around vintage BMWs - my first hand experience with him has been fine.

Seller is changing his mind (no fault of Jack's), so I am still looking...

Agave, Tundra, Turkis, etc.

If anyone comes across one that the seller is seriously about finding a new home for, let me know.

Best to all!

Cad

Rare colors... What are the chances you would find those?

Malaga will be for sale but not Granat rot. This is an Italian delivery car. Already built the 10:1 euro 3.5 motor with a Schrick and it's getting a five speed. Installing megasquirt. About 240-250 hp at crank.

Ahh...

Good times... not sure I need that much "go fast" though...

Italian delivery... I see the cloth seats, I assume it lacks A/C?

Perhaps I need to head on over to your place...

With the new ac, engine, tranny and OS you can expect a price of 45k.

Thanks for the additional information, but not really what I am looking for. The "go fast" aspect is not a "must have".

I am a dead stock sort of guy, within reason... I even like the Automatics...

Tiaga

Cadillac,

There is a nice LHD tiaga on carclassic UK in Greece. It's about 40k without shipping, but honest original type looking car. Although not concours, I would definatly consider it, as to me it has the 'right' look. I forgot to mention it's also a CSi- happy hunting...

Ooh...

That's quite a striking car....

I have been considering a Euro import in light of the recent close to parity USD to Euro conversion.

Thanks for the tip, I have emailed the seller to see if they are open to an overseas transaction and I have the flight miles to make the trek for the right car.

I feel the same about the car, good luck with it...

Cheers,

MF

It's non A/C but looks like an honest car from the limited pics. The leather was redone with later style horizontal pleats instead of the correct vertical but based on the engine bay it appears well maintained.

Yeah,

The seats don't bother me a bit. My '74 had the horizontal pleats and I actually really liked them.

The door panels have the wrong pulls on them and I noticed the lack of A/C. But the color makes up for it.

We'll see if the seller contacts me back.

Thanks everyone for the replies so far...
