WTB: Used 3.0CS Brake Calipers

Gotta say, this post and the replies have been helpfulL Restoring another vehicle, calipers are frozen, replacements are available, but shipping sucks as we all must know by now. With tips and suggestions here, I will give it another go, thanks for the motivation! Mike
 
Try this Internal pipe wrench tool They come in different sizes and act just like a pipe wrench only on the inside of a bore I picked up a set cause I have about 30 calipers that I want to take apart and send out for plating When I get to the shop tomorrow, I can take some pictures They really grip the inside of the piston and will start to turn even the most frozen piston, once it starts to turn, I can use either air or grease to get the piston out It leaves a bit of a mark on the inside of the piston but who cares, it gets them out
