Seems I'm missing a bump stop, the backing plate for the pictured bracket and also my roller bearings are shot. Anybody got spares?

if this is for the right hand window (the mounting plate is handed i believe) i think i have them, but wont be able to go to my garage to check until later in the week.

Yes, the plate is handed. Not sure, which side it is for but you should be able to confirm from pic if your parts fit.
