I don't know! BMW had no stock issues when I ordered, sometimes they mention. For example when I ordered a drivers side window upper trim last year, they mentioned "one left showing in Germany, after that back order (NLA)" Windscreens were in stock also.
No ones seems to ask BMW these days. Any BMW dealer worldwide will have a parts department with an email address. Just ask. They are more than happy to sell you parts. If I can help anyone with enquiries, please just ask.
