should read blinking.......do i need to replace the whole indicator unit in the steering column (expensive), or is there a separate (less expensive)"bit" / fix i can get ? (apols for complete lack of electrical knowledge), regards.....
You might have a short somewhere, or the indicator is connected incorrectly...
.. But at the end of the day, a modern electronic flasher will address the sensitivity of flash rate to load wattage.
