best head light set-up?!

Converted mine to run E30 low beams with the standard hi beams. 100W bulbs with uprated and shortened wiring harness. Low beams stay on with the high beams, haven't had it on the road but testing in the courtyard of my garage at night lit the place up like it was 2 in the afternoon.

Based on this I could gain 400 lumens by putting a AAA 1.5V $1.50 battery in series with the bulbs...
Who needs relays!

The math that matters....

10.5V : 510 lumens
11.0V : 597 lumens
11.5V : 695 lumens
12.0V : 803 lumens
12.5V : 923 lumens
12.8V : 1000 lumens ←Rated output voltage
13.0V : 1054 lumens
13.5V : 1198 lumens
14.0V : 1356 lumens ←Rated life voltage
14.5V : 1528 lumens

Had updated HD wire harness and direct battery relay in both of my cars to utilize H4/H1 100 Watt bulbs in the 5 3/4” Hella replacement lights. Absolutely no problems have ensued
