On the German E9 forum one guy sells NOS chromed side vents (but only right side).

Just confirming that @clinton stokes is following through with these. He is getting NOS chrome hood vents and black side grills, so maybe he is interested in selling one or the other.
I just got the Romanian ones for $ 259 for the pair including shipping.

Yes Markos I do want them. I txtd your guy. BTW rsporsche you are correct, the one remaining chrome fender grille on my 1970 2800 is metal.
I also want to confirm that my 2800cs has metal grills.
glad i wasn't going crazy ... since i gave away the metal set a while back, i couldn't check ... but i was 99% sure the originals were metal

The left hood grill in black is NLA
w+n has just right chrome and black hood grilles - no left sides. they still have black side grilles for both sides.
Bought the right chrome bonnet grill.
Waiting for the vendor to accept my offer to buy on the left one - they don't ordinarily post to Australia.
