This car had those "upside down" rear shocks. Anyone know what the advantage was/is, came on certain models and years only etc? I found them on my Euro and have lttle data on them. Bilstein was of no real help.
Alpina used inverted shocks, I thought it was to reduce weight on the trailing arm.
Yes, less unsprung weight is the advantage.
